By using Trindo Games (the “service”), operated by Darinor, you agree to these terms.

The service

Trindo Games is a free, casual, browser-based multiplayer games room — Chess, Checkers, Cribbage, Backgammon, Battleship, Four in a Row and Gomoku, for two players at a time, via a private room link or quick play matching. No account is required.

Acceptable use

Play fair, and don’t use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse another player, including through your display name.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

We may block or remove access for anyone who abuses the service.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. This is a small, casual project — there’s no guaranteed uptime and no service-level agreement, and room data may be lost at any time (by design, every room auto-expires 24 hours after its last activity regardless).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darinor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service

The service, these terms, and the games offered may change, be added to, or be discontinued at any time, without notice.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the effective date above will change too. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
